If you don’t want to bring your own mug to the festival then you can sip sustainably at this year's Medicine Festival with our limited edition responsibly sourced enamel mugs — manufactured from heavy-gauge steel so built to last rather than being discarded after one event

The mugs have been independently lab-tested for heavy metals / leeching and pass with flying colours, so there’s no compromise on safety. Production takes place under EU environmental and safety regulations, with our supply agreement also requiring fair and lawful working conditions for everyone involved in manufacturing. At the end of a very long working life, the steel core is fully recyclable - so nothing needs to be wasted.

How it works:

1. Choose your colour and reserve your mug online 
2. Your order will be added to a list help on site by our lovely Merchandise team 
3. Once on site head to the Merchandise tent (see site map /programme/app for the location), show them your order (printed or on your phone either is fine) and they will be able to pick your mug order from our reserved stock on site.
4. Pay one of our lovely Merch team for your mug (cash or card) at the festival
5. Take your mug off to fill at one of our lovely onsite food & drink traders and enjoy your drink!

⚠️ MUG COLLECTION DEADLINE ⚠️

Discounted reserved mugs will only be held until 5pm on Friday 14th August at the Merchandise Tent. Any mugs which have not been collected by this time will be release for general sale at the full price and your reservation will be null and void. 

This is to ensure that we are not left with reserved uncollected and paid for mugs at the end of the festival.
