ARTWORK POLICY
FinerPrint Artwork Policy
At FinerPrint, we want to ensure you get the best possible print quality. To achieve this, it is crucial that artwork files meet the correct specifications. Please read the following carefully before submitting your designs. Any misprints due to incorrect artwork size, file type, or colour profile will not be covered by our refund or return policy. The minimum font size is 11pt. Any pixels in the design must be a minimum of 5 pixels wide and 5 pixels high to avoid misprinting. Unless we state otherwise, FinerPrint does not check artwork before sending it to be printed. Any misprints due to incorrect sizing are the responsibility of the customer and will not be eligible for a refund or reprint. Large print areas, such as photos or big designs, may feel slightly heavy on the fabric initially, but they will soften up nicely after the first wash. Artwork must be submitted at 300 DPI (dots per inch) or PPI (pixels per inch) for the best print quality. The background must be transparent unless the design specifically includes a solid background. We accept .PNG files with transparency enabled.
Digital screens display colours in RGB (Red, Green, Blue), whereas printers use CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). This means the printed colours may appear less vibrant than what you see on your digital device. We make every effort to display accurate colours in our store and communications, but we cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen will match the final printed product. As a result, colour discrepancies will not be considered a valid reason for a refund or reprint.
MAKE YOUR DESIGNS LAST WITH PROPER WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
To ensure the longevity and vibrancy of your printed t-shirt, follow these care instructions:
Washing:
✅ Turn the t-shirt inside out before washing to protect the print.
✅ Machine wash in cold water (30°C or below) on a gentle cycle.
✅ Use mild detergent; avoid harsh chemicals or bleach.
✅ Wash with similar colors to prevent color bleeding.
Drying:
✅ Air dry whenever possible to prevent cracking or peeling.
✅ If using a tumble dryer, set it to low heat.
❌ Avoid high heat as it can weaken the print’s adhesive.
Ironing:
✅ If ironing is necessary, turn the t-shirt inside out.
✅ Use a low heat setting and avoid direct contact with the print.
❌ Do not use steam over the print.
Other Tips:
❌ Do not dry clean.
❌ Avoid excessive stretching of the printed area.

We do not check artwork for copyright or trademark violations before sending it to print. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right and permission to use and print the design. FinerPrint will not be held responsible for any copyright or trademark infringements. If we become aware of any infringement, we reserve the right to refuse printing and cancel the order without refund.
